Body Conditioning is a challenging,Strength & Conditioning workout that targets the entire body. Each week and Month the class has a different focus to keep you (and your muscles) guessing! Experience dynamic functional strength training sessions designed to increase strength through a full range of movements. The class incorporates strength & conditioning, Body weight, kettlebells, padwork and dynamic mobility work, building true functional fitness.
