A 45 minute outdoor fitness class. Our aim is that you leave feeling GOOD - there's no shouting or whistles. Sessions may be circuit-based or an interval-style session using bodyweight, resistance bands and simple equipment. Classes take place whatever the weather and are always outside. Carefully designed to be suitable to those returning to exercise after a break and those looking for something to add to their existing routine. Pelvic floor and core activation are part of the fun. Limited jumping and running and ALWAYS alternatives available. Our aim is always for you to feel supported by our instructors, never left behind and always free to ask questions. Even if you've been out of the exercise habit for a while these are a great place to start.
