ONLINE: Practice in the comfort of your own home guided by the teacher live in the studio. This class will be live-streamed online via Zoom. All Move GB'ers need to check in and the link will appear on your screen. ACTIVE & FUN This class utilises functional training techniques, Pilates, Yoga and Barre with a zesty cardio core based work out. It leads into isolation of the entire abdominal wall and glutes. Remember the booty is an integral part of core stabilisation! Get ready to raise your heart rate, burn your glutes and feel a fire in your belly!

Love this class - Claire is a great instructor, really friendly and talks you through all the exercises. The classes are always challenging and bit different, which keeps things interesting!
Good, encouraging instructor offering various options for exercises as appropriate but emphasis on speed of reps rather than "go at your own pace". Looking for a glute and core strength class but this was a lot quicker and more high heart rate than I was hoping for, but if you're looking for a fast moving, high energy class then this would be perfect.
Claire is the best - keeping us moving and laughing through 45 mins of pretty hardcore core!
