Legs, Bums & Tums As the name suggests, your typical LBT session features a number of exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. It’s a fantastic option for those who want to tone up. Expect to generally burn somewhere between 250 and 400 calories during a one-hour session depending on how much effort you put in. The focus is very much on toning and tightening, to leave you feeling super trim! After booking please join the On Demand closed group where you will find all the information how to join the live stream via the Zoom app and all our online resources. MOVEGBers You will need to request access to our on demand closed group on Facebook. Once you are on there you have access not only to our online streaming but all the recorded classes and other tutorials you can do at home. Normally the group is for members only so we ask that MoveGB members book a minimum of 1 class per week to grant them access to both the recorded and live material. Please note the times do not correlate to classes it is just to allow people to book and gain access to the closed group.
