Getting ready!

This is a lovely class for those who may have danced when they were younger, those who do not yet feel ready to be in a more advanced class or those who have never done ballet before. Ballet classes all follow a fairly set format and so you can push yourself as little or as much as you want to depending on your experience and personal reasons for taking the class. We will work on technique and you will learn all the basic ballet postures and steps. This is fantastic class for those who want to work on their core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. It is also just wonderful to escape from the stresses of the day and feel like a ballerina for a while. All ages welcome!

I have been doing ballet for years and I always come back to beginners level. So decided to do both classes with Fi, Beginners and Intermediate. Fi is a great instructure and I learned alot from beginners class. If you want to improve your ballet, I always come back to basics to keep technique polished. Fi explains so well and how to make sure you are working the correct muscles really love her classes.

I have become a regular. Time passes so quickly. Lovely classical music, simple chunks of choreography that even I can remember, options for different levels, great for toning and strengthening. But what really makes this class is Fi. Having hated my mum for pushing me to ballet as a child, Fi's talent and passion have converted me to a true addict.

Love this class! Fi explains carefully with a focus on technique, it is good for a range of different beginners, music is great and the choreography is easy to follow and fun!
