This is an entirely new way to work out... but you better be ready to sweat, as this is definitely not child's play! Skate tone is a low impact and high intensity class, guaranteed to get the heart racing and smiles all around. Beginners are welcome and encouraged! Roller skating is a sport that requires a level of strength and general fitness to make certain moves possible. Without a base level of strength it can be impossible to achieve moves such as spinning, one leg moves and even floor work and that's where skate tone comes in. Build up your strength with incredible Skate Tone workouts to take your skating and general fitness to the next level. LEVEL: Beginners totally welcome! 18+ years only. ONLINE CLASS VIA ZOOM!
