**PLEASE READ - whilst we are temporarily streaming live only, the classes will consist of twerk routines and instruction only, floorwork and circuits will be removed. All levels are still welcome at every class (beginners only focused class is Monday @ 7.30am (Tuesdays on Bank Holiday weeks)!) We think this will be a perfect time for you to try a class if you have been too shy to come to a studio previously as you can choose to have your camera and mic off when doing the routines if you feel more comfortable! #TWERKITOUTUK is a dance fitness class to help you tone and tighten whilst shaking what your mama gave ya! Classes last one hour and include strength and cardiovascular exercises, mixed in with dance tutorials, to really make you sweat. All this whilst listening to a mix of fresh and old-school RnB, Bashment and Hip Hop! All workouts feature warm-ups & stretches, twerk tutorials, dance combinations and twerk circuits... finished with a slow, cool-down track to bring your heart back down to earth. Classes are excellent for strengthening and shaping legs & back in addition to improving your overall fitness level and losing weight. Loose shorts are definitely best for flaunting your curves and watching your true twerking potential... however, we would like all our twerkers to feel comfortable so it’s really up to you. Please wear suitable, gripped trainers and knee pads (available for hire). Also, don't forget to bring a towel and some water as YOU WILL be sweating!

Learn to Twerk all different positions and get a workout out too. If you don’t think you will sweat, think again. Good exercises for the ***, legs and thighs. Hayley is a great instructor and can she move!
