Online: Core and Booty Conditioning A class designed to create the burn we love to hate starting with a short light cardio warm up to build a bit of heat, then we move to deep core exercises to build strength and tone the abdominal and pelvic floor. Finishing with the booty burn and a stretch to cool down.
