We're bringing the Soul studio experience into your living room. Join us for a mindful mat movement experience, bringing calm, ease and energy into your body and mind. Move, flex and strength your mind, body and soul Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance throughout the entire body. In our mat-based classes, you will move mindfully through a range of movement that focuses on core strength, balance and full-body alignment to provide an invigorating movement experience. Perfect for complete Pilates beginners, or those with previous experience who wish to continue focus on the fundamental principles of Pilates. Expect to feel your brain, as well as your body working! We will be coming to you via the power of Zoom which is a web-based video technology that lets us see each other via our cameras on a computer, tablet or phone. Book in as normal and we will email you a link and instructions to join in LIVE. We will also be recording the class and will share the link afterwards so even if you can't make this time you can follow along at another time at your leisure.
