Please login 10 minutes before the session starts: Maximise results in every class with a combination of Pilates, floor barre, yoga and body weight conditioning. Cut deep into your core, gluts, arm and back muscles and kick your metabolism with a powerful but relaxing body weight conditioning flow, glut focused floor barre, core sculpt and non-impact cardio burst - drawing on ballet, Pilates, yoga, contemporary flow and traditional conditioning - to get deep into the muscles and tone from top to toe. This can be followed by a flexibility session combining dynamic and static stretching and using isometrics to increase results, helping you create body lines that are long lean and strong, whilst helping to tackle stiffness, and aches and pains, leaving you rebalanced, refreshed and glowing.
