A floor based conditioning class designed to keep your body aerial fit. All levels welcome and no experience required. It includes all my fave kick ass conditioning sets such as power crunches, death quads, turbo presses and loads more. We'll be doing reps of exercises so if you're a beginner be prepared to do less. More advanced students feel free to ramp up the reps! No equipment necessary but a yoga mat is helpful.

Love these core classes, they are very challenging but astra is a wonderful teacher with a beautiful energy and personality that is a joy to be around, she offers clear instructions and modifications for all the exercises.
