Kettlercise is a low impact, but high intensity 50 minute workout. You'll need a kettlebell or single handweight (ideally 2-8kg weight is appropriate) We use low weight kettlebells for high reps for a body sculpting, muscle building, calorie burning, glute burning workout!

This instructor is brilliant! Really cares for safety of her class - consistently giving great alignment tips and options for intensity. This makes it a great class for both beginners & experienced. Can't recommend her /this class enough!
