Equipment needed: - 2 small dumbbells (around 2kg should be enough. Note that if you do not have dumbbells at home, you can just use alternative options - this could be water bottles, tomato sauce jars, or anything also you can have a good grip and will add to the resistance of your training). - 1 resistance band - THIS IS OPTIONAL. I will be showing some alternatives to the exercises that you can do with your weights.- Your mat for your floor exercises (If you do not have a mat you can also use a blanket, or your carpet)
