Barre Express is a fun and safe workout that helps you strengthen your whole body and tone muscles up. Main focus of each session is upper body, arms, bum, thighs and lots of core!! And we finish with restorative stretches to prevent injury.

An excellent class if you want to be challenged. It runs at a fair pace with clear explanations and encouragement to keep going, and reminders of what and where we should be feeling the effects. If you want the music track for the class you will need to have previously loaded Spotify. I didn’t have the music but it was fine.
