This is a shortened version of Kettlercise, working all area's of your body in a fluid non-stop routine, a great toning and strengthening class. You can use dumbbells in the absence of a kettle or another appropriate substitute. About 4kg is a great starter weight if this is your first class. If you're signing up through MoveGB you'll receive an email asking you to accept the invitation to manage your Active Body Collective account in goteamup. You will need to accept that AND be logged in to gotteamup to gain class access.
