A Pilates influenced conditioning workout for the whole body which helps to improve balance, co-ordination, core strength and flexibility.
Lovely class really enjoyed it - released and mobilised a lot of tension from my neck and shoulders - well structured and flowing thank you
Dawn is an excellent teacher giving a continuous dialogue with regard to breathing etc. and always offers several alternatives.
Dawn is excellent I started doing this because I had missed another class I am now hooked, I feel so good after each class.
I really enjoyed this class! It had all the energy of a flowing vinyasa yoga class combined with the deep core work of pilates. Plus the instructor was really lively, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Recommended 🌟
