An hour-long dance cardio class set to some of the catchiest music on the planet (apologies if the music stays fixed in your brain long after the class has ended …hehe). The people who go to this class are seriously friendly - and if you’re going left while everyone else is going right, all the better! As long as you’re moving and shaking, who cares?! How will this class make you feel? ...Ready to take on the world! The entrance to the sports centre is at the back of the school on Bampton Road, not Dacres Road (which is the main entrance to the school for pupils in the daytime).
