Classes are open to men and women offering a perfect balance for fitness fanatics and valuable me time for all! All yoga equipment is provided. Our Adult classes are held via the left hand side entrance - there is a pathway towards the left of the church which leads to Churchill Road. Halfway down this pathway is a door to your right with four steps up to it. The door should be open for you, if not there is a bell to the right.
