SUNRISE YOGA
This gently flowing yoga class will leave you feeling energised, grounded, and prepared for the day ahead.
You will be guided through a well-rounded sequence of poses that will help improve your strength, flexibility and leave you with a feeling of space physically, mentally and emotionally.
The class themes will put emphasis on encourage self-love, gratitude and perspective whilst helping to sooth and heal you by connecting you to your breath.
Pranayama (breathing exercises) and mindfulness will also be weaved into the class to help balance and ground.
If you are new to yoga, or even a seasoned yogi, this is the perfect start to your day!

A great way to start the day that will leave you relaxed, but energised. Christian is particularly good at knowing the stretching the body needs and I am getting more mobility and flexibility from these classes.

Fantastic class - a good balance of strengthening and stretching with plenty of options for modifications where needed as well as breath work. A focus on doing what feels right in your body and being kind to yourself.

This is a great session. There is opening breath work to focus and still yourself and a movement phase that focuses on flexibility and kindly working within your body’s own range. Christian leads insightful meditations too . Start the day energised and refreshed.
