A movement based session working on balance, flexibility and strength. Attendees will need a mat with reasonable grip and in a suitable environment. Two feet space all around without breakables nearby or sharp pointed furniture. Suitable for all levels.

Amazing class! Very dynamic, Ian guided the class very brilliantly, and he gives you the recommendations you need. The whole class has a very energetic rhythm and a good relaxation at the end. His voice is very deep and clear in a way that engages you and also helps a lot in the relaxation at the end. The hour flew by! Thank you very much Ian!
